Hello, I'm Rogério, currently working at Capgemini Engineering in Lisbon Portugal. My work involves quantum security and FPGA development. Previoulsy I was working on Fully-Homomorphic Encryption implementations as part of my postdoctoral research at INESC-ID.

I'm originally from Brazil, where I finished the Masters and PhD program on Electrical Engineering at Federal University of Santa Catarina.
